| Barbeque on
the Farm will be a family fun-filled three-day event that will feature a
barbeque cook-off with over 30 cooking teams from all over the United
States competing for prize money and trophies totaling $6,500. The teams
will be competing in such categories as beef brisket, pork ribs,
chicken, and pork. The competition is sanctioned by, and
conducted under, the rules of the Kansas City Barbeque Society and the
Mid Atlantic BBQ Association.
On Friday evening there will be an Iron Chef
Competition.
Saturday will feature a Backyard Barbeque
Challenge. Presenting sponsors of this event are the
Bucks County
Courier Times and
Hatfield Quality Meats.
Along with the cooking competition, there will be
rides, games, crafts, food vendors, other exhibitors, and bands on
Friday night and Saturday.
